Ok... so I'm not sure if this happens to everyone, but our child is no longer "perfect". It seems that somehow almost over night she has become possessed. Over the past few weeks, Paige has been, testing the boundaries of my sanity.
No longer can I predict her moods while in the grocery store, Gymboree or while playing with friends. She can be all giggles and smiles one minute then screaming bloody murder the next. She has also perfected the "push" and likes to use it on just about anyone her size.
Needless to say, my patience has been wearing thin. Everyone keeps reassuring me that it's a stage and everyone goes through it! I'm trying to be a Zen mommy, but it isn't always easy.
Somehow each day though Paige reminds me how amazing she really is (screams and all)... there's nothing better than when she walks up at just the right moment and says: "Mommy hug", it makes all the drama of the day go away in an instant.
Paige and her friend Lily that she likes to push...
